God the Eternal Father is the Creator, First Cause, Almighty, and Sovereign Ruler of all creation. He is just and holy, merciful and kind, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness. The qualities and powers manifested in the Son and the Holy Spirit are also qualities and powers of the Father.

The mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is to convey the message of God's great love for every person, leading them to accept Jesus as their personal Savior, which in turn motivates every believer to make changes in their own lives and serve God and their neighbors.
