But <i>the Sabbath sermon from the pulpit<\/i> is usually connected with the more official trust of the church.<\/p>\n<h2>Why baptism matters<\/h2>\n<p>Baptism is not a formality, but a conscious covenant with Christ, a public confession of faith:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHe who believes and is baptized will be saved.\u201d <cite><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Mark+16:16&amp;version=UKR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mark 16:16<\/a><\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Salvation is not earned by a rite\u2014but baptism is an important step of obedience and dedication. If a person has not yet entered into this visible covenant, the question arises: <b>is it right for them to already regularly instruct the congregation as a teacher?<\/b><\/p>\n<h2>When the participation of an unbaptized young person is appropriate<\/h2>\n<p>There are many forms in the congregation that are entirely suitable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Youth worship service\u2014a short spiritual thought.<\/li>\n<li>Testimony about God\u2019s work in one\u2019s life.<\/li>\n<li>Reading a Bible passage.<\/li>\n<li>Missionary program, musical ministry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHe who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much.\u201d <cite><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Luke+16:10&amp;version=UKR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Luke 16:10<\/a><\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Often God prepares a person for greater ministry <i>through faithfulness in small things<\/i>.<\/p>\n<h2>What to do practically<\/h2>\n<p>The wisest path is <b>not to decide independently<\/b>. Talk with the pastor or youth leader: \u201cI want to serve God. Where can I be useful right now? And how can I properly prepare for greater ministry?\u201d Such a spirit of humility and openness is itself a sign of spiritual maturity.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLet your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.\u201d <cite><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Matthew+5:16&amp;version=UKR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Matt 5:16<\/a><\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>You can shine <b>not only from the pulpit<\/b>. Often the strongest sermon is heard through <i>a humble, pure, consistent life<\/i>.<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion.<\/h2>\n<p>If you want to preach, begin with prayer, Bible study, faithfulness in small things, and an honest conversation with your pastor about baptism and ministry.
