She wrote: Christ could not create a drink that leads to loss of self-control and sin\u2014that would have contradicted His character. \u201cThe wine which Christ provided for the feast, and that which He gave to the disciples as a symbol of His own blood, was the pure juice of the grape\u201d (The Ministry of Healing, p. 333). Elsewhere she clarifies: this drink was \u201centirely free from fermentation.\u201d<\/p>\n
