Not mechanically, not in the same way to everyone, but <i>livingly, personally, and through the Holy Spirit<\/i>.<\/p>\n<h2>Through the inspiration of the authors<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cfor prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.\u201d <cite><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=2+Peter+1:21&amp;version=UKR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2 Peter 1:21<\/a><\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>God did not dictate the text letter by letter like a typewriter. He spoke through living people\u2014with their character, culture, and experience. Yet the Holy Spirit kept the essence of His message pure.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, Scripture is both <b>human and divine<\/b>: David writes psalms out of his real experiences\u2014and through them God speaks to millions of people in every age.<\/p>\n<h2>Through specific circumstances<\/h2>\n<p>God often speaks through Scripture at exactly the right moment. A person reads a text they have known for years\u2014and suddenly it sounds new, touching the heart precisely when they are going through a similar situation.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cFor the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword.\u201d <cite><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Hebrews+4:12&amp;version=UKR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Heb. 4:12<\/a><\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cLiving\u201d means not dead knowledge about the past, but <i>present power for today<\/i>. The Word \u201cpenetrates even to the dividing of soul and spirit\u201d\u2014reaching the deepest layers of the person.<\/p>\n<h2>Through the Holy Spirit as Teacher<\/h2>\n<p>Jesus promised the disciples a special Helper:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cBut the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things and remind you of everything I have told you.\u201d <cite><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=John+14:26&amp;version=UKR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">John 14:26<\/a><\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Holy Spirit is not merely an assistant in theological discussions. He <b>opens the living meaning of Scripture personally<\/b> to every heart. Therefore, the same text may touch two people differently\u2014and both rightly.<\/p>\n<h2>Conditions for hearing<\/h2>\n<p>God\u2019s voice does not disappear when a person does not hear it. But certain conditions help:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Silence<\/b> \u2014 to step away from the bustle and allow the Word to \u201csettle\u201d on the heart.<\/li>\n<li><b>Prayer before reading<\/b> \u2014 asking the Spirit to open the meaning.<\/li>\n<li><b>Expectation<\/b> \u2014 openness to hear something specific for today.<\/li>\n<li><b>Obedience<\/b> \u2014 the desire not only to know, but also to do what has been heard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>God speaks through the Bible\u2014and He continues to speak.
