The little book in the angel\u2019s hand is the Book of Daniel, which after 1844 was opened in a new way.<\/p>\n<p>Rev. 10:7 speaks of the \u201cfinishing of the mystery of God\u201d\u2014at the time when the seventh angel begins to sound. <b>The moment of universal scope = the moment of the irreversible completion of the plan of salvation.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2>Practical meaning<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>No nation and no person is outside the reach of God\u2019s message.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201csweet and bitter\u201d book (Rev. 10:9\u201310)\u2014the gospel always begins as joy and ends with the need to bear the burden of testimony.<\/li>\n<li>The worldwide scope of the Great Commission is not a dream, but a prophetic reality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The angel with feet on sea and land reminds us: God is greater than any boundary\u2014geographical, cultural, or political.
